HUNT VALLEY, Md. — July 23, 2026 — McCormick & Company, Incorporated has announced its planned operating structure, executive leadership, and dual-listing strategy following its proposed combination with Unilever’s Foods business, expected to close by mid-2027.

The combined company will reorganize into four commercial divisions: Americas Consumer, International Consumer, Global Food Service, and Global Flavor. Headquartered in Hunt Valley, Maryland, the spice giant will also establish an International Headquarters in the Netherlands to tap into regional culinary R&D capabilities.

To complement its primary New York Stock Exchange listing and support its expanded global investor base, McCormick plans to seek a secondary listing on the London Stock Exchange.

Current McCormick CEO Brendan Foley will continue leading the enterprise, supported by a newly named executive team featuring top leadership drawn from both organizations. Management expects the unified model to drive global flavor innovation and disciplined execution across retail and commercial food channels.
