Benedict Ohia is my name. I  am a culinary chef and a blogger. Over 15 years is my experience in catering. I hold a certificate in culinary arts from the South African Chefs Academy, Cape Town, South Africa. My experience comprises land-based, and offshore culinary work. Currently, I work for Genesis Foods Ltd, in Port Harcourt, Rivers State, Nigeria. Gestures in the right direction are needed to impact the lives of people positively. The affairs of an occupation will always be talked about — How it’s talked about by stakeholders in the system is the way forward for the industry. Giving my best in what I love to do, and going forward in what am passionate about is my purpose for this website. Knowledge shared is like an opportunity that is boundless. It gladdens my heart to be part of the catering industry.
