Method: combine all ingredients together in a stainless bowl using a whisk to mix. As stated above, the batter should be set aside to rest for over 30 minutes or more.

Put the pan on the burner/stove, and allow it to heat up. Add a little oil to the pan, and wipe the surface of the pan with oiled kitchen paper.

Use a ladle to scoop the mixture from the bowl and pour it into the pan. When you notice the mixture is about to bubble, use the spatula to lift the edge of the pancake to ascertain the level of brownness; when you notice that it is brown enough, flip on the other side to cook.
